Move furniture. Minimize clutter.

Turn off the lights
When wedding videographers flick the switch off, it keeps the indoor and outdoor light from mixing. Brides and grooms shouldn’t look like blue-orange aliens.
Peace and quiet
With the lights off, your bridal party will have to find another room(one that is well lit) to apply makeup. This gives your photos a more intimate feel and gives you some space to breathe.
Go to the window
The window is now your only source of light so gravitate towards it! Natural light is boon for wedding video. It will make your skin tones shine!
Details
Flowers and invitations, and rings oh my! Wedding videographers and photographers will have a much better time shooting your details in natural light.
Hide clutter
Obviously a clean room is ideal, but if the bridal party trashed your room, turning off the lights is an effective solution to a tidy wedding video.
Move rooms
If your prep room is a mess, a basement or windowless, have a back up tidy and bright backup.
